Normal editorial adjustments such as cropping, resizing and reasonable tonal or colour correction are permitted. The photograph must not be manipulated in a way that materially changes the scene, misrepresents the subject or alters its editorial meaning.
Social-media use may sit alongside a publication's website or print coverage. Rights depend on the licence purchased and the intended use. Contact the HIVE Picture Desk where social distribution is required and is not expressly covered by the licence.
A licence applies to the use specified when the photograph is purchased. Reuse for another article, publication, edition or separate editorial purpose may require an additional licence.
The Complete Picture Set licence provides access to all available photographs within the selected HIVE picture set for the specified editorial use. Copyright remains with HIVE Insider and/or the photographer. Additional uses require separate licensing.
